Introduction
Our company is led by the Board of Directors, which consists of the Board Chairman and managing directors. Our board establishes corporate strategy and business objectives, while the managing directors are responsible for business development of the lace and garment divisions. The divisions include separate Manufacturing Management, Technical Development and Sales & Marketing departments.Each of these divisions is led by a management team which concentrates on specific markets and customers. They work closely with the Administration, Import & Export and Financial Departments. This devolved team structure allows daily decisions be made at different unit levels.
